Studio Policies and Membership Terms and Conditions

    STUDIO POLICIES

    1. Payments for sessions or lessons must be received at least 24 hours in advance to confirm booking
    2. All payments are fully refundable with the exception of instances described in #3 and #4 below.
    3. Non-membership cancellations - must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fee equal to 1 hour session or lesson time.  A courtesy waiver is allowed for the first occurrence.
    4. Membership Package session cancellations - must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee equal to 1 hour session time.  A courtesy waiver is allowed for the first occurrence.
    5. Smoking is not permitted within the studio.  Thank you for respecting the investment in our equipment for your projects.

     

    MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Purchase of any Membership package (recording or rehearsal) automatically enrolls you into our Soundscape Studios Membership Program.
    2. Once enrolled, the purchase of any service (either individual hours or packaged hours) count towards the 50 hours needed to earn 2 free service hours.
    3. Free services earned under membership include Recording Suite or Rehearsal Suite time. The 2 hours must be consecutive and must also consist of the same service.
    4. Membership package hours must be used during the month purchased, unless other arrangements are made with and approved by management.
    5. Free hours earned in the membership program must be utilized within 6 months of earning.
    6. If hours are not used as specified above, they are forfeited.
